You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
First and foremost that strictly we will not cover for any difficulty that happens from a third party as all of it has to be borne by the buyer him/herself.
In ensuring the return is eligible, apart from any item in the box is found missing, also bear in mind that the return also covers when it comes to these types of inconveniences stated below, accordingly:
- Crack/damage on three pieces or more.
- Expired such as uneasy smell and visible fungus surfaces on it.
- If the sprinkles melt entirely.
- If any plastic tube is broken.
3) Icing Sugar
- If any leakage occurs on the sugar packaging.
- If any sugar is already hardened.
4) Colour Tube
- If the leakage occurs on any one of the tubes.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
